Fasting is making ur spirit-man stronger.
Fasting is getting closer to God.
Fasting is fighting a battle with your mind.
Fasting is moving in supernatural.
Fasting is humbling down yourself before God.
Fasting is to put away things that u desire and take up things that HE desire.
Fasting is making you more and more like Jesus.
Fasting is a act of sacrifice for the greater purpose of God.
so what is fasting to you then?
*note: never fast for the sake of fasting. fast for a purpose. a godly purpose.

Arise & Build!
recently i was jus asking myself, for this A&B what do i want to give?
how much more can i increase from the previous?
and while i am planning i came across these words:

Praise God!! We MULTIPLIED!!!
CONGRATs to both W341 and W483 people.
Finally after months and years of battle W341 multiplied to W483!!
On 1st OCTOBER 2008.
Praise God for it! For is only with You ,Lord that this could happen!
Lord thank you for birthing forth W483,
Lord we know that multiplication is not the end,
but it is a new beginning of yet another delivery to be done,
Delivery of a new life is a process of faith, love and perseverance put at test.
There are still more to be done, and more to come.
For greater things have yet to come,
And more greater thing are yet to be done.
We will onwards,
We will move on to your greater calling,
We will be strong,
We will go through yet another level of test again,
We will emerge all circumstance that YOU already have won victory over,
We will humble down and submit to YOU!
Cause once again it is YOU that we desire always !!
